#1499 Premature end of JPEG file

Hi
I am running Tight VNC Server version 2.8.27 on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit
I am constantly getting an error in the tight vnc client (java applet :tight vnc viewer version 2.8.3).
This happens quite frequently, and simulatenously I notice that the screen is not properly refreshed when something changes on screen (such as when opening a new window, or scrolling in an existing window, the screen fails to refresh - and leaves black rectanglular artifacts instead of displaying the server screen correctly)
I am attaching the server configuration screenshot as an attachment, and the stack trace below. Unfortunately not logging the server log at the present moment.
Is there any fix I can apply?
