#1460 TightVNC Viewer listening mode not open on firewall the port 5500

it is not clear why the viewer does not open port 5500 in the firewall
in fact on the windows firewall no viewer is seen and therefore it has to be added manually

in the firewall there is only one TightVNC entry = C:\Program Files\TightVNC\tvnserver.exe
need to be added TightVNCViewer C:\Program Files\TightVNC\tvnviewer.exe
