#1448 Unable to scroll up

Unable to use mouse wheel to scroll up while connected to an Android Device. I can scroll down fine. I've also tried using Pg Up which doesnt work. Pg Dn works fine. I'm using a Windows 10 Laptop connected to an Android device .

I've tested this on Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900F (Android 6.0.1), Samsung Galaxy S6 G920-A (Android 7.0.)
