#1432 Win10 & VirtualBox

I have Windows 10 installed as VM in VirtualBox 5.2, Windows 7 host. I wanted to get remote access to it, I've installed latest TightVNC Server, 2.8.8 version, just like I do in past few year. Now, don't know what happen, is it because I've installed latest updates for Windows 10 or because I've installed VirtualBox addons, but now TightVNC don't work as should. Instead of normal screen when connected, I only have black screen with cursor, but it's all somehow messy (See attachment). What could be problem?
