#1429 Ctrl-Alt-Del not working in Remote Ripple on iOS

I have TightVNC server 2.8.8 on the server (Win10 machine), the client works fine from other Win10 machines. The Remote Ripple app works fine on my iOS, except that the Ctrl-Alt-Del button does not work. Other buttons work (e.g. Ctrl, Shift, Esc opens the Task Manager).

This means I can't use it if the machine has gone into screen saver mode.

I've searched for other reports on this and I did see a review in the App Store (dated Aug 23 2017) saying the exact same thing, pleading for help.
