#1412 File transfer upload speed capped at 1Mbps

Based on the E-Mail from the 10th of January with support@tightvnc.com:

I constantly use TightVNC's (non-Java version) transfer file feature on multiple machines, with different OSs.
In each case the file transfer upload speed never exceeds 1Mbps.
There seems to be some speed cap for file transfers.
