when i am connetcing remote putty and write "i" character can't write. the other program writing i charecter normal typing.

this is may be putty problem but. when writing other programs i character not problem.

This may be the same problem I often see when I TightVNC from my Win7 laptop to a remote Win7 machine and run TeraTerm on the remote Win7 machine. Seemingly randomly the Alt key becomes stuck on. Clicking the TightVNC Send Cntrl+Alt+Del button, then cancelling unsticks the Alt key.
TightVNC 2.7.10.
