This is a reproducable bug, in atleast version 1.3 dev6
on Win2k3 Server. I created a file in notepad and did
not save it and I attemped to restart the machine.
TightVNC was still listening, but would not accept my
password and the machine was hung up and would not
reboot because notepad was asking if I wished to save
the file before rebooting.
