#1038 Ctrl + Enter causes ctrl key to appear stuck

No

I'm running TightVNC 2.0.2 on WinXP SP2. My client OS is Linux.

When I send an e-mail on the server (the XP box), I press right ctrl + enter. After doing this, the right ctrl key acts as if it is stuck on the server. The only way to fix it is to press the physical right ctrl key on the server's keyboard (pressing the key again on the client doesn't seem to fix the problem).

This is a regression introduced in 2.0, because it worked fine in the old version. I am using the same host, the same client, and the same client software as I did with the old version.

Can You reproduce this bug with another client?

We have a similar problem in an automated testing scenario. The client types Ctrl-Esc, waits then types 'r'. This was working fine in 2.6.4, but with 2.7.10, it appears as if Ctrl-Esc then Ctrl-r are typed instead. This is on win7-64 and win2008-64. On 32-bit versions of those OSes it seems to work fine. We have reverted to 2.6.4 for now which meets our needs. Edit: Just to be clear, the client is written in Java, the server is TightVNC. We are only changing the TightVNC server version installed on the system-under-test, not the Java client.
