I am currently using VNC Reflector v1.2.4 in W2K. When
I connect to the host via VNC reflector, the screen on
the viewer is black, even though the connection is fine.
I am using UltraVNC vRC12bb for both server and host.

Usally if you get a black screen then the vnc server/host
hasn't connected properly. A black screen indicates that only
half of the 2 sides are connected .

The connection will be black because it needs to be
refreshed after connection to get in sync. The reflector
does not send you a whole screen update unless the client
requires it.
try that.
