Hi Regine, Once you run the vmtklevelsetsegmentation script from PypePad, you should get a new window which displays the volume you are working on. Did you see it? *If so*, to continue the process: - Move and rotate the volume using the mouse - *Press q to continue* Then in the command prompt (at least in Windows 7) you'll be asked to choose the initialization method.
