Hi Lingfeng, how do you generate envelopes? (there might have been an earlier message about this but I can't recall right now). If you use the Tube filter in Paraview, then you get the maximal inscribed radius directly on the tubes. You can use the Array calculator in Paraview to double it and get the diameter, if you want. If you get the envelopes with vmtkcenterlinemodeller, then you should use vmtksurfacecenterlineprojection to project the quantities on the centerline, such as radius, on top of the surface, remembering to use the options -userradius 1 - radiusarray MaximumInscribedSphereRadius Hope this helps Luca On Jul 10, 2010, at 6:02 PM, Lingfeng Zhuang wrote: > Hello Luca > > I want to color vessel envelop with the value of vessel diameter. > Does vmtk support this? > Thanks > > superZZ > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > This SF.net email is sponsored by Sprint > What will you do first with EVO, the first 4G phone? > Visit sprint.com/first -- http://p.sf.net/sfu/sprint-com-first_______________________________________________ > vmtk-users mailing list > vmt...@li... > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/vmtk-users |
