Dear Yong, what you have in the screenshot doesn't look right. The first think that comes to my mind is that you are having problems with the video driver. At this point it's more a VTK problem (or even an opengl problem) than a vmtk problem. I suggest you 1. pick some simple code - try with the one attached, taken from the VTK/Examples/Rendering directory - and verify that the problem is still there 2. write to the VTK mailing list But before all this, try installing updated video drivers or googling for known problems with your graphic card under linux.
