Hi David, great that you're trying to extend vmtk. Actually, there aren't many modification that should be required (in theory) to extend it. pypescript.py in particular should run unmodified. Pypes knows very little about vmtk, it discovers it runtime. What I suggest as a first step is to move one of the vmtk scripts from the vmtkScripts directory to your project directory, and see if you can import it from there. One question before I can give you more detailed directions: where do the scripts reside after you compiled and installed them and what is your platform?
