#1 management permission in db corrupt?

look at the following table-data:

154 is just a user in the db-view. however it is set as domainadmin (check Domain Management.html).
logging in as that user it just has user permissions, but the permissions shown (User Config Page.html, top right) are messed up.

entry 152 is odd, too as it has no domain field set.
