From the information you provide, I understand that you have:
Probably an Apple Mac (by looking at the screenshots), not Windows or Linux. Anyway: your computer probably has an USB port available.
A MIDI controller (Alesis Q88) with USB connection, but without internal syntesizer, so it does not produce sound by itself.
You use Logic Pro to host some synthesizer, probably a VSTi plugin.
Why do you need VMPK as well? I would simply connect:
the MIDI controller to the computer using an USB cable.
select the MIDI controller in Logic as a MIDI source. This should be enough to listen sound while you play, and also for MIDI recording.
You post two screenshots of the VMPK connection dialog, selecting the network driver for both MIDI IN and MIDI OUT. For what? Are there more computers in your studio? You need to explain precisely what you want to achieve, what steps you made and what problems you found. Thanks!

What is your goal? Why do you select the network driver for both MIDI IN and MIDI OUT?
I don't understand your question
I finally got it to work and saved the configurations.
