the last octave is showing only 12 keys from C to B. It should show the 13th key, which is the Upper C of the next octave.
Also it is not accepting the 13th key mapping of the last octave, unless we increase the number of octaves by one more.

The next octave note C only matters if you play in the tonality of C, or a tune that uses this note anyway. When you play in the tonality of D, it would be nice to have an upper D instead. Any limit would be an arbitrary decission.

Agree with you. But it would be great if the software accepts to configure the next C key value (and also plays the key) at least, if doesn't show the next C on the virtual keyboard.

SVN revision 219, allows triggering hidden keys.

If a key has been mapped to a note, it will be played even if the corresponding piano key is hidden.

This will be included in the next release 0.3.3
