#39 Reflexion needs more elements

Reflexion needs to have a date type of create and date
type of update as IMSBP 3.1.7.4

Reflexion should have a status chosen from three types
as 3.1.7.5 should we also add none as our default.
Suggest this is chosen by using a drop down in the node
edit dialog.

we also add none as our default and remove context
defined. (or is none context defined???)

Create/Update dates now added. I'm not wild about the
'status' type idea. Despite the best practice guid talking
about it, it's suspiciousl absent from any of the examples,
and there is a vagueness about the 'type' that worries me.
I've added a skeletal LIPStatus class in preparation, but as
this merely consists of LIPDate, LIPDescription and a
LIPTypeName I'm a tad baffled!
