vLink / News: Recent posts

Ok good news first: vLink now has a Firefox "Search-as-you-type" or "Search suggest" plug-in!
The bad news: Because of many other projects (and work...) i don't have as much time for vLink as i hoped.But the project is not dead - it just evolves slowly :)
If there is anybody out there who would like to join me on this project - let me know!

In the mean time I'll see if i can set up a public repository, so no one has to wait till i feel another release is justified to try new stuff...

After finding out about websnapr i dropped my own script for creating screenshots. However the past few weeks have shown that websnapr can not deliver reliable services. I am currently testing a few other services but might also switch back to creating my own screenshots. If you know of any good sites that create screenshots or prefer making your own anyway - let me know, so we can have a better solution for the next release...

Ok, finally a first release :) The code is still a "bit" rough around the edges and there are a lot a features still to come but whoever wants to give it a go - don't hesitate !

Ok i just added a few screenshots so you can get first impressions of vLink. I need to do some minor cleanups before i will release the first alpha version.(Hopefully this week)
