#28 Book details lookup formatting

When prefilling book details by ISBN lookup, the returned title has a "/" added at then end.

There is also a "." appended at the end of the author's name and the author's name is returned lastname, firstname. Unfortunately, the book update form expects firstname lastname, so they get swapped.
