[Visualshell-developers] Starting design on VisualShell Alpha-1

Okay so I've started design work on an actual alpha release of the 
VisualShell. Could you two please give some comments on the new
design for the *.command file type I have attached?

PS: I've annotated it heavily in case neither of you can read XML DTD's.
Feel free to ask for clarification.
