[Visualpython-users] Problem with installation on fedora

I previously tried compiling vpython on fedora core 6 from this website, 
but could not find gtkglarea.  I looked in the repos and also online.  
Recently I found another website that has an rpm for vpython.  There 
were two problems.  One that puzzels me is that it claims I'm missing 
libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.3 when I know that I have libstdc++.20.6.  The 
other is that I missing libgtkgl.so.4, which turns out to be gtkglarea.  
Once again I cannot find this anywhere.  Does anyone know where I can 
find these files or have any other solution to this problem?
