When I install from source, I get the error:

"Failed: Can't resolve dependency "gcc3.1" for package "visual- 
py23-2.1.9-6" (no matching packages/versions found)"

When I install the binary, I get the error:

I installed x11 and xcode (developer tools) when I installed the OS.  
I'm using Fink Commander.
