The source you need is wxPython-2.9.4.0 not 2.8. Sorry. to apply the patch go to the wxPython-src-2.9.4.0 directory (not the wxPython directory that it contains) and type: patch -p0 < path/to/the/patch/file Let us know if that works! -steve On Jan 14, 2013, at 5:25 PM, Paul Camp wrote: > Trying to follow the instructions in INSTALL.txt. The instruction "place the file in the wxPython directory" is a little inscrutable since I didn't know off the bat exactly where that is.
