Visu now compiles agains VTK 4.2!

Version 0.2.0 of visu was released.

It features height field display support.

Version 0.1.3 was just released, featuring improved camera motion and transparency support for color scales.

Warning: the command line options W, H and D had been replaced with X, Y and Z, which is much more consistent with the implementation.

I updated visu so that it can compile against the new gtkmm2 and gtkglextmm APIs. There are some minor fixes too.

I need help in developing this project. I need at least a good GUI designer, and good C++ programmers. My native language being French, a good English writer would be appreciated to write the documentation.
