When running on windows 10, the icon blinks to indicate hung window. It appears to be Windows.UI.Core.CoreWindow that causes this issue and should probably be placed on the default rules list to not me managed.

Hi. I think I fixed this in the 4.5 beta. At least I haven't noticed this since then. Please give it a try and see if it helps in your case also.
