No

Scenario:
1- Assign shortcut key to "Nav: nagivate to desktop 4", say "Ctrl + F4"
2- Reduce number of desktops to 2 and delete the shortcut.
3- Press Ctrl + F4 and it still works and the key is restored to the list of hot keys. It should be deleted and desktop 4 should not be accessible.

I think there is some confusion caused by the hidden desktop feature of VirtuaWin (please see the help on Advanced -> 'Locking or Hiding Desktops' for more information). I believe your desktop 4 has become a hidden desktop accessible via the hotkey and everything is working as expected (at least by me :-).

If I, more or less, follow your process the hotkey is successfully removed in step 2. However, you have not documented when to press 'Apply' or 'OK' in the VW Setup dialog (so if I follow your instructions word for word nothing changes because the edits aren't applied!!). If you press 'Apply' straight after reducing the number of desktops to 2 (i.e. at step 2a) then the Desktop 4 Hotkey will be removed from the setup list but it is only hidden - not deleted - because this is how you setup Hidden desktops.

Perhaps a better process would be to remove the hotkey first and then reduce the number of desktops.

Can you please confirm this is the case or create a more complete list of instructions on how to reproduce this issue - thanks.
