When logged in as admin or examiner role user, navigate to Users > Examinees(sub menu) and at the listing you can find the option to delete the examinee(x icon).

i know the location of the option but is not possible to delete Examinee assigned to category. and not possible to remove Examinee from category
We don’t have the option to remove users from category at our fee version. Examinees can only be removed if examinee is not assigned to any exams.
