The program will do basic calculations such as BMI, daily caloric intake, target heart rate, maximum and training poundage, and ideal proportions based upon joint measurements. As of 12.31.2015, the logging feature for the BI tab was deemed stable enough to release. Current development is focused on basic logging for the Workout and Diet tabs.
2017 Edition: When finished, it will be able to log workout and diet information. Shortly thereafter, the manual will be updated to match the new functionality. Current Progress: 77%
