I know this has worked before but I do not think this works for us fellow 20H2 Users which is kind of a bummer knowing this isn't supported anymore. But it does work for W10 19xx and it doesn't give you a virus.

It's working (under Windows 10b1903), and of course it's not a virus. Everything this tool does can be managed manually in the network settings of Windows, but it's more comfortable with this GUI.
