The 0.1.90 version of the Virtuality Renderer supports programmable shaders written in Lua, the same language which is used to describe the scenes. It is a preliminary support, the shading API must get more robust and a repository of common shaders must be created before the 0.2.0 version is reached.
There is a initial pre-alpha release of The Virtuality Renderer, featuring rendering of planes, triangles and spheres with standard Phong shading, as well as CSG operations.
