#49 Provide the "share view" button

On the main browser page add a "share view" button. When that button is clicked a URL is generated containing the exact parameters of the current view. That URL could then be mailed or sent otherwise to collaborators. Clicking it will restore the view exactly as it was.
That is important to do before NM's fellowship is due for review/interview - to demo that we already have interesting stuff on the way to the community annotation.
