The official name of constructs, genes and alleles in FlyBase often differs from that used in the original paper. But we store the name(s) used for each of these in any one paper.

As an example, a query for transgenes expressed in sound activated Johnston organ neurons (http://www.virtualflybrain.org/site/tools/anatomy_finder/index.htm?id=FBbt:00100002) finds P{J21.17-GAL4}. But the paper calls it JO-AB. It is not easy to find this in the relevant FlyBase page (http://flybase.org/reports/FBtp0016398.html).

It would therefore greatly aid the clarity and usefulness of the results lists if we included an extra column with the name used in the original paper. This should be straightforward to do, but will probably require more work on chado views.
