No

Currently an exact match to a full name is first in the autocomplete list, but this is not the case for synonyms. It should be. To see a good example of this, try searching with IPS. This is an exact match for the synonym of Inferior posterior slope, but it comes way below a large number of partial hits for terms with the word 'ellipsoid' in them.

(Note - this example comes from this ticket: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3263254&group_id=367551&atid=1532232. But I suspect that the proposed solution of adding case sensitivity will cause more problems than it solves.)

"All autocomplete search results should be ordered alphanumercially. This would put exact matches to users searches at the top.

This requires changing synonyms to suffix in brackets and then sorting results lists alphanumerically."
