We need to be showing provenance for our queries in query results tables wherever possible. We already do this for expression and phenotype query results. For innervation and overlaps queries, we should simply display all references associated with a term definition in the results table.

These can be found using chado queries in exactly the same way as lists of references are found for ontology term info.
