There are a still a number of issues with the challenges nav tabs implementation:

1. div needs some padding
2. inactive navbar tab at the top should be gray along with any leftover space (this one is tricky I think)

would be great if you can come up with the CSS or a different set of HTML needed to make this look like the fervor implementation
