Also, I think we will need to turn savings into a consistent savings per day because that's how the calculation on whether or not the team makes it to the next level is done per day. So instead of the level 1 recycling savings of 2.15 / week being applied at the end of the week, we'd apply .31 savings / day .. thoughts? >From the experiment design doc that Marco circulated earlier: At the first level 5 activities are possible. If during one day the average emission reduction of group members reaches 10 pounds, your group moves to the next level. At level 2 you get 5 extra activities and you can progress to level 3 if the average emission reduction in your group is 20 pounds during one day. If you do not reach the target during one day, the next day the group has a fresh start. Emission reductions of the previous day do not count for the new day.
