I've created a dev mailing list for us to use at https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/virtualcommons-developer - please sign up by the end of tomorrow with the email list that you want to use. Feel free to use this list for any and all dev discussions, and documenting what you are working on when you are working on it if you're working remotely. We'll also be sending automated commit diffs to this list. As a quick note, http://mashable.com/2010/07/15/wireframing-tools/ has a list of wireframing tools that might be useful. A number of them are no longer free but Lumzy, Cacoo, and Gliffy still have free versions. Might be worth a look if we decide to spend a little time deciding how we want the interface to look.
