I returned to work at 14:15, and worked until 16:15 (2hr) on trying to
extract the information from questions into a form that we could use to send
them to the server.
Additionally, a bit of text has been added to the ForecastingPeople
component, which tells the user right at the start what the maximum number
of people is for when they are filling in information.
