#20 User Errors - undefined functions

When editing or registering users there are various
errors that come up:

When registering a new user:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: ccbuildinsert
()
in /home/ozacoz/public_html/events/registration.php
on line 445

When editing a user:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: ccbuildupdate
()
in /home/ozacoz/public_html/events/admin/users_maint.p
