When the volume is set in Miss Parker manager and
stored in the Miss Parker, the values are changed by 1
if the Miss Parker is powered down and up again.
The volume handling will be changed in the MPM 1.4.
Now the volume will be managed through a slider with the
same range of values as the hardware supports.
As no approximations are done to map a 0-100 range onto
another one, that problem will dispappear.
