When a hotspot is created it will be used the internal configuration to assign a IP address to the new hotspot. Because the IP configuration may vary from computer to computer depending on installed programs, in some cases, hotspots created with Virtual WiFi cannot get a valid IP address from the operating sistem.
Using version 2.9.2 is now possible to manually assign a valid IP address - go to "Settings" and check the box "Self assigning IP address for WiFi hotspot". A backup of original configuration will be created so unchecking this box will restore the configuration to its initially state.
If you have problems to connect to hotspots created with Virtual WiFi - which is usually a sign of bad IP configuration - apply a self assigning IP address for WiFi hotspot, in most cases this option will fix the problem (a computer restart is recommended).
