The hotkey panel should order the keys somehow, and it
should probably display the hotkey sequences in a
consistent and human readable fashion (read: no hex codes).
Cleaned up several of the codes, and arranged the items by
description instead of by code. This makes the page much
easier to read, but it will require careful writing of
descriptions in order to be sort-friendly. I probably should
add some 'conflict' icon to indicate when two events are
generated by one keypress.
