#16 enable project creation and multiple ontologies

When vine opens it opens an editor. There are no means to create a project.

A project contains:
- 1 to n ontologies
- n mapping files ( that use ontologies available in the project)

A project should be created and have the ability to add ontologies to it. Ontologies could be dragged and dropped to the editor and also ontologies could be view other editor ( or graphical viewer ).
