Selected the argo qualityflag.owl file in setup, but after OK I get the message "Not able to open ontology: http://mmisw.org/ont/argo/qualityflag.owl"

Selecting the CF ontology twice appears to work. At least one other ontology did not work.

This is not strictly a Vine bug: it correctly said it was unable to open the ontology because the advertised URI was not directly resolvable. However, as an integrated set of tools, it *is* a Vine+Registry bug. And we are currently working on that.
