#28 No derivation information

Did a couple of exactMatch mappings. Went to the Mapping Results tab. Double-clicked an inferred mapping. A window popped up with title "Derivation information" but empty contents.

A bug, perhaps related with this one:

Double clicking on a mapping opens the comments/confidence dialog box. Ok.

However, after deleting a mapping, the double-clicking seems to trigger the "Derivation information" always, even on direct mappings.

Fixed. No dialog is shown if there is no such derivation information.

Note: Perhaps there should be such information but it's not properly set up elsewhere in the code (that would be another bug).

Although fixed, I'm keeping this issue open.
