#42 Support 88x31 ViM icons

I was unable to find such standart 88x31 support icons for ViM. My
question is, if there are any. If not, I can send you two that I made
myself:

1. First is made from ICO file from distribution.
2. Second is made from ViM.org website logo in left-upper corner.

Note that they are not perfect, because basic ViM logo is too thin
for 88x31 format. Maybe someone more capable with graphic
editor could do this job.

I will add them into support page of ViM.org website. Many
websites have it done this way. In example, see pear.php.net
homepage.
