The expedia url is still the right one, the problem here is that expedia
redirects to a mapserver using a 302 redirect. I've hacked the
DownloadOptions and the curl stuff to be able to specify the number of
redirects curl follows. Find my patch attached - not sure if it's the
best way to handle this, though - but I think it's useful in general
(and hopefully my C code is fine, too - didn;t code c for years now).
