Yes, you're right. But I would appreciate to wait few days before
releasing. My "Upload to OSM" work is quite finished. I need to do
some esthetical modification in the UI and in the code. I expect to
finish this work in the current week.
I think this modification is interesting for the next release as some
people on the OSM project are interested in it. Creating a 0.9.1 with
this stuff will propably increase the number of Viking's user.

Here was my opinion. But Viking is open, so if you think it could be
better to release NOW, so let's go, "You have the source" :-)
