My $0.02: 1) I'd love to subscribe to SVN commit mails. 2) I'd prefer a mailing list rather than an RSS feed. 3) I have no opinion on viking-devel vs. a new list. 4) Traffic on viking-devel is enough lately that I'm inclined to start sorting it into its own folder.
